CCC Community Deal Screening

Do you have experience in working with early stage companies and want to play a part in choosing the best companies to pitch at the upcoming Colorado Capital Conference?  If so, sign up to volunteer with the CCC pitch screening process!

Rockies Venture Club is a non-profit with a mission to connect and educate in order to further economic development in Colorado.  Participating in the community deal screening process gives you the chance to get an inside look at what investors look for in a company and how companies get selected.

Our process includes reviewing and scoring applications from a wide number of companies in order to narrow down the candidates in a "triage" format.  The excellent and good companies will move on to the next level of deal screening with the Executive deal screeners who will make the final cuts.  Executive screeners are typically VCs, investors or professionals who are highly experienced in this area.

Come spend an evening with your peers reviewing business plans and help select tomorrow's successful entrepreneurs!  We'll see you on the evening of October 16th. You don't need to bring anything but an analytical mind AND A LAPTOP!

We will be using the Valid Eval System which will allow us to be more transparent in our process and communicate results back to applicants. If you cannot bring a laptop, please let us know and we will see if we can procure one for you!
