The JOBS act is not yet in place, but things are moving quickly.  Learn about the current and coming regulations as well as what funding portals are doing to prepare themselves for the coming crowdfunding revolution.  Finally, we will hear lessons learned from Couragent, a company that is currently fundraising using crowdfunding with an intrastate offering.

Crowdfunding Offerings – Their product ‘Mainstreet Crowd’ is a crowdfunding platform that focuses on local and regional offerings.
