Screens is seeking $2M to transition current TermScout customers to the Screens product and prove further scalability in the GTM strategy. With this round of funding, Screens aims to reach $2M in ARR by EOY 2025. At the moment, approximately 50% of the companies revenue is being generated by new products (Screens and Certify) while the remainder is from TermScout, which will be transitioned into the new tech-stack.

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company executive leadership team in order to get crucial questions answered.  The Deep Dive will take place virtually and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:
