MyUTI is dedicated to addressing one of the most common medical conditions in the United States—Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs). We aim to transform the $6 billion pelvic health market with innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and set new standards in managing pelvic health issues. At the core of our approach is accessible, comprehensive diagnostic testing that accurately identifies pathogens and provides evidence-based treatment recommendations, ensuring patients receive the most appropriate care. Our platform prioritizes convenience, allowing patients to access these services from home. 

The MyUTI platform collects extensive data, including patient symptoms, detected pathogens, antibiotic recommendations, and treatment outcomes, creating a robust & proprietary feedback loop. These comprehensive datasets serve as real-time inputs for multiple MyUTI machine learning platforms that support both individuals and clinicians. Recognizing that the CDC cites that 50% of antibiotics for UTIs are inappropriate or ineffective, MyUTI clinical support tools benefit all stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem - including payors, health systems, and caregivers. By providing fast and accurate diagnostics with evidence-based treatment recommendations, reducing the burden of UTIs on healthcare systems and improving patient care quality. MyUTI is seeking to close the remaining $350k available for this SAFE round, allowing them to access $250k in non-dilutive OEDIT grant funds while achieving key milestones- including large payor partnerships and pilot programs in the state of Colorado.

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company executive leadership team in order to get crucial questions answered.  The Deep Dive will take place virtually and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:

To attend, you must be an accredited investor (net worth of at least one million US dollars, not including the value of one’s primary residence, or have made at least $200,000 each year for the last two years [or $300,000 together with his or her spouse if married] and have the expectation to make the same amount this year). We do not require a minimum investment.
