RVC June 2024 Investor Forum

In-person highly encouraged
(Thrive Ballpark - Workplace 1415 Park Ave. West, Denver, CO 80205)

(Virtual option via Zoom available for first part of meeting)

Please join us downtown for a quick investor update, pitches from a few great companies, discuss what we’re seeing in the world of angel investing, socialize, and just get to know one another better. The personal side of the RVC community is part of our secret sauce, and we're hoping to see as many of you as possible in-person to make this a great event.

RVC Investor Forums bring together accredited angel investors interested in fast-growing, early-stage companies in Colorado. These forums serve to pool the wisdom, expertise, and capital of many individual angels. At this forum, investor members will hear pitches, and afterwards the founders are excused and investors discuss the merits and risks of each venture. There is no requirement to invest and each investor has an opportunity to indicate interest in following or leading a specific deal. Both new and experienced investor members are welcome at forums -- this is the best way to learn hands-on about angel investing!

Ready, Set, Food! makes it easy for all parents to follow food allergy prevention medical guidelines, and to give their babies the best chance at a life free from food allergies. The Company launched in 2018 but started really accelerating their growth through retail launches over the last 24 months at Target, Walmart, Meijer, Sprouts, Kroger, and more. Ready Set Food is supplementing their current growth with new product launch of puffs and upcoming launch of purees, as well as Medicaid insurance contracts to assure that every baby can get access to food allergy prevention.

Imperium Technologies, Inc. has created the IntelliTrap™, an electro-mechanical device that reduces industrial heat costs by up to 20% by detecting, removing, and reporting water to an IoT platform. The device uses a microcontroller and thermoelectric generation for power, addressing the issues related to carbon fuel consumption as stated by the Dept of Energy and EPA.

iCHOR Vascular treats peripheral vascular occlusions using a simplified and versatile solution aimed at rapid reperfusion without the need for surgery or thrombolytic drug therapies.  The simple mechanics drive adoption and are packaged in a way to change the site of care towards more efficient non-Hospital options! The iCHOR system replicates successful parameters of surgical clot removal with a proven mechanism of action (balloon sweep) combined with on-demand embolic protection.
