Rockies Wyoming Fund Investor Deep Dive

Wyoming is a land of opportunity, rich in natural resources and beautiful places. The state also boasts great startups in tech, blockchain, life science, tourism and CPG. It may come as a surprise to learn that Wyoming has a robust and vibrant start-up eco-system. There has been significant early stage fund raising activity over the past four years.

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the Rockies Wyoming Fund General Partners and leadership in order to get crucial questions answered. The Deep Dive will take place virtually and will cover all the major due diligence questions.

The Rockies Wyoming Fund is created to provide Limited Partners with exposure to a dynamic and overlooked start-up ecosystem. The Rockies Wyoming Fund has received a Letter of Intent from the State for a commitment to invest up to $5M and be our Anchor Investor. The Fund can invest up to 20% of its capital in neighboring states to broaden the investable universe.

2% initial management fee, reducing to 1.5% and 20% carried interest

To attend, you must be an accredited investor (net worth of at least one million US dollars, not including the value of one’s primary residence, or have made at least $200,000 each year for the last two years [or $300,000 together with his or her spouse if married] and have the expectation to make the same amount this year).
