Green Steel Environmental provides patented and patent pending products for wastewater treatment plants, landfills, and dairy farms to clean their renewable natural gas and wastewater in an economical and environmentally positive way.  We upcycle an industrial by-product, then use it to sequester important nutrients from renewable natural gas and wastewater, and finally recycle those nutrients as fertilizer. Our products replace the current state of the art, which include hazardous chemicals and expensive, non-renewable materials. Join us as we create a circular economy to help heal the Earth

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company executive leadership team in order to get crucial questions answered.  The Deep Dive will take place virtually and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:

Company Long-Form Pitch & Q&A w/ Investors (45 Minutes)

Outstanding Questions w/ Company (15 minutes)
Optional - Investor Only Discussion (30 Minutes)

To attend, you must be an accredited investor (net worth of at least one million US dollars, not including the value of one’s primary residence, or have made at least $200,000 each year for the last two years [or $300,000 together with his or her spouse if married] and have the expectation to make the same amount this year). We do not require a minimum investment.
