RVC Investor Deep Dive with Campground Views

Campground Views solves the biggest problem for campers by allowing them to pick the perfect campsite using virtual tours. Campgrounds pay to produce the tours and pay an ongoing hosting fee. Campers pay a membership fee to view and use the tours. Currently has 816 tours, 38,726 free members, 1016 active paid members and $500,000 in revenue since product launch (June 2021). The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company CEO and leadership in order to get crucial questions answered. The Deep Dive will take place virtually and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:

Product Demo (20 Minutes)

To attend, you must be an accredited investor (net worth of at least one million US dollars, not including the value of one’s primary residence, or have made at least $200,000 each year for the last two years [or $300,000 together with his or her spouse if married] and have the expectation to make the same amount this year). We do not require a minimum investment.
