RVC Investor Deep Dive with Only Sky

Founded in 2016, Only Sky provides digital transformation for independent ski areas and other outdoor experiences. The company has grown to $1.1MM in revenue in FY21, with 38 ski areas. Only Sky has demonstrated product market fit, growing top line revenue by almost 100% YoY, during the pandemic. The company is now seeking funding for marketing and continue to refine the product.

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company CEO and leadership in order to get crucial questions answered. The Deep Dive will take place virtually and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:

Company Long-Form Pitch & Q&A w/ Investors (40 Minutes)
Product Demo (10 Minutes)

Outstanding Questions w/ Company (10 minutes)
Optional - Investor Only Discussion (30 Minutes)
