Investor Open House w/ Vaporox

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company CEO and leadership in order to get crucial questions answered. The Deep Dive will take place in Denver and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:

Open House Happy Hour - 3:30 PM to 6 PM

Appetizers/Drink - 3:30 PM to 4 PM

Louis Woodhill/BOD Chairman: Company History and Vision - 4:00 PM to 4:15 PM

Alan Sage/CEO: Company updates, fund-raising strategy (including milestones and metrics for return on capital) - 4:15 PM to 4:45 PM

Stan Ajemian: VHT Commercialization Plan - 4:30 PM to 4:45 PM

Dustin Kruse, D.P.M.: Clinical Trial Discussion - 5:00 PM to 5:15 PM

Doug Mandic: RVC Lead Investor Discussion - 5:15 PM to 5:30 PM

Cocktails on the 7th floor patio to watch the sunset - 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM
