RVC is excited to be holding its 9th annual Angel Capital Summit. This year is sure to be especially interesting because it will focus around the theme of "Syndication 2.0." Nearly all Angel Investments are made via syndicates meaning that multiple angels, family offices, or other investment vehicles come in on the same terms. By using more advanced syndication techniques angel groups can make better investments and complete deals faster than what has traditionally been done.

This year the Keynote Speaker will be Seth Levine, Managing Director at Foundry Group. Seth will discuss his involvement with FG Angels, one of the first angel syndicates on Angel List. During the course of the syndicate FG Angels made 42 investments, brought in 410 separate investors, and averaged $316k per deal leading to a total investment of $16.6MM.
