Week #2 (Wednesday, December 20, 2023) - How to "read" a pitch. Find out what to look for in a great pitch and don’t get lured in by the entrepreneur’s excitement or an emotional hook.

Week #3 (Wednesday, January 03, 2024) - Exit strategy canvas. Learn the six things that smart investors know how to look for in a great exit strategy. Remember - the exit is the only way Angels get their money back!

Week #4 (Wednesday, January 10, 2024) - How to Value a pre-revenue company. Learn five methods to determine value and make sure you don’t pay too much (or too little).

Week #5 (Wednesday, January 17, 2024) - Term Sheets and Negotiation: how are Angel Deals negotiated? What are the key terms? What are the benefits of equity vs. convertible debt, or even SAFE
- Week #6 (Wednesday, January 31, 2024) - How to Analyze a Proforma Financial Statement and determine whether it is "believable" or not. Finance Strategy: find out if you're going to get diluted out of a profit, or if future raises will give you a smaller piece of a bigger pie and great returns.

The Angel Investing Bootcamp helps Angel Investors learn with a combination of hands-on exercises, experienced angel investor mentors, and solid content + tools that you'll need for successful Angel Investing. Angel Investing 501 is useful to have taken before this class, but it is not a prerequisite; this series does not necessarily need to be taken in order.
Registrants receive the full workshop and a toolkit full of angel investing resources.
