InterviewIA brings together training, process standardization, data intelligence and human/technology interaction to optimize organizational interviewing. The company has a technology platform that delivers unconscious bias training, question customization, data collection and process improvement. This technology package enables companies to undertake interviews that remove inherent biases and ensures candidates are matched correctly with critical job characteristic, while continuing to maximize human engagement in the process.

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company CEO and leadership in order to get crucial questions answered.  The Deep Dive will take place in virtually and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:


Company Long-Form Pitch & Q&A w/ Investors (1 hour)

Investor Discussion (30 minutes)

To attend, you must be an accredited investor (net worth of at least one million US dollars, not including the value of one’s primary residence, or have made at least $200,000 each year for the last two years [or $300,000 together with his or her spouse if married] and have the expectation to make the same amount this year). We do not require a minimum investment.
