Vaporox is commercializing Vaporous Hyperoxia Therapy (VHT™). This patented technology represents a breakthrough in treating diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) and other chronic wounds. VHT is a Low-Frequency, Non-Contact, Non-Thermal Ultrasound Treatment. VHT is FDA-cleared technology that has been clinically validated as a safe and effective adjunctive treatment for healing nine types of skin wounds.

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company CEO and leadership in order to get crucial questions answered.  The Deep Dive will take place in Denver and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:
Company Update & Q&A w/ Investors (1 hour)
Outstanding Questions w/ Company (30 minutes)

We do not require a minimum investment.
