RVC Investor Update & Deep Dive with

Oso Adventure Meals

Oso Adventure Meals is creating a new type of outdoor food and beverage company, starting with uniquely delicious dehydrated meals that are rooted in a deep Latin American culinary tradition. Oso Meals is actively building an outdoor culture where BIPOC can feel included, safe, and engaged. As a Black and Latino owned company, Oso Meals is committed to a fair, equitable and sustainable America.

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company CEO and leadership in order to get crucial questions answered.  The Deep Dive will take place at Thrive Workplace Ballpark, as well as virtually via Zoom, and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:

Company Long-Form Pitch & Q&A w/ Investors (45 minute)
Product Demo (15 minutes)

Investor Only Discussion (30 Minutes)

To attend, you must be an accredited investor (net worth of at least one million US dollars, not including the value of one’s primary residence, or have made at least $200,000 each year for the last two years [or $300,000 together with his or her spouse if married] and have the expectation to make the same amount this year). We do not require a minimum investment.
