Demystifying the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act & the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act with Obsidian HR
This special webinar with RVC corporate partner Obsidian HR will help small business employers and startups to better understand the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEW) in order to help companies stay compliant. The EPEW will go into effect on January 1, 2021 and will impact ALL Colorado businesses.
Obsidian HR will also provide an overview of the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA), which is already in effect. This act requires immediate action from all Colorado employers to provide additional qualifying paid sick leave (as an expansion of the FFCRA) and will have additional paid sick leave requirements in the next two years.
