Online - Denver South & St. Vrain Investor Forum - April 2020

RVC Investor Forums bring together accredited (see definition below) individuals interested in fast-growing, early-stage companies in Colorado.

These forums serve to pool the wisdom, expertise, and capital of many investors.

At this forum, attendees will get:

1. An introduction to investing in early stage startups with an Angel 101 course.
2. An overview how the geography angel groups work.
3. A pitch from two companies that have passed the initial RVC screening process and are actively raising funding.

After the pitch, there will be Q&A with the founder, then founders are excused and attendees discuss the merits and risks of the venture.

There is no requirement to invest, just come curious.

This forum is a great way to learn about investing in private companies, about what an angel group is, and listen to pitches from the founders themselves. Both new and experienced investors are welcome at this forum. This is the best way to learn hands-on about angel investing! 

Attendees must be accredited: Net worth of at least one million US dollars, not including the value of one’s primary residence, OR have made at least $200,000 each year for the last two years, $300,000 together with his or her spouse if married, and have the expectation to make the same amount this year.
