Investor Deep Dive w/ 

GroverDB

GroverDB is currently raising a $500K bridge round at a $5 Million pre-money valuation to build out their No-Code Database Enterprise product faster in order to service fortune 500 company Rockwell Automation's pilot project in preparation to win an Enterprise contract with them. This pilot project is to move Rockwell Automation's facility automation design group off of MS Access and MS SharePoint to GroverDB for it's advanced database design and hyper agile interface. With their last round of funding, GroverDB was able to expand their development team to help fine tune their current product as well as develop the web-based application version.

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company CEO and leadership in order to get crucial questions answered. The Deep Dive will take place in Denver and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:
