The Rockies Venture Club is proud to announce that there is now a new way that accredited investors can invest in startup companies creating a positive impact. The Rockies Impact Fund (RIF) aims to invest in companies with environmental, social or economic development impact in the equities of seed and early stage companies which have high potential for value appreciation and a clear path to a successful investor exit, thus resulting in above average returns compared to other impact funds.
This deep dive will be a special session where investors can meet the Rockies Impact Fund leadership team and ask any questions that they have about the fund. This meeting will give investors more insight into the structure of the fund, its impact focused investment philosophy, and its strategy of leveraging community venture partners to provide a channel for Deal Flow, Due Diligence, Validation, and Post-Investment Support.
The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:
