Due Diligence and Term Sheets are closely tied together, so we've bundled these two classes together to provide more value and context to investors and entrepreneurs who are looking to learn more about the final steps in the investment process. That is why we now have created these class clusters that combine some of the most popular classes in RVC's curriculum. 

Due Diligence and term sheets are two of the most important parts of the investing process for both investors and entrepreneurs, and they are also some of the most misunderstood aspects as well. We will be moving well beyond just the due diligence checklist and will talk about strategies for making the process transparent and effective for everyone. it is essential for entrepreneurs to understand an investor's motivations and prepare appropriately so that they maintain momentum in the fundraising process. It is also important for investors to have a significantly better chance of seeing 10x returns. After due diligence we will move into Term Sheets, understanding the key terms, how to avoid dilution on both sides of the table, as well as key points of negotiation.
