Session I: What is diligence and why is it important? In this session we will cover the basics of due diligence and the priority focus areas: team, product, competition, market, legal landscape, financials, exit strategy, and valuation. We will also explain how this process reduces risk for the investor and creates meaningful dialogue with the entrepreneur.
