Investor Deep Dive w/ Snowvation

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company CEO and leadership in order to get crucial questions answered.  The deep dive will take place in Denver and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.
The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:
Company Pitch (5-10 minutes)
Q&A with Investors (1 hour, 20 minutes)
Private Investor Discussion (15 minutes)
Outstanding Questions w/ Company (15 minutes)

Deep Dive w/ Snowvation
Time: 3:30pm to 5:30pm MT

Snowvation is making everything possible at ski resorts from a smart phone. Customers in the ski industry cannot engage with resorts in a modern fashion. Processes are outdated (like bookings, e-commerce and more), the pricing is static, and it is inconvenient and time consuming to engage with the resort before, during, & after. On the flip side, ski resorts cannot properly engage with their customers & leave business on the table every day due to antiquated software that has held back their business operations & growth.

To attend, you must be an accredited investor (net worth of at least one million US dollars, not including the value of one’s primary residence, or have made at least $200,000 each year for the last two years [or $300,000 together with his or her spouse if married] and have the expectation to make the same amount this year). We do not require a minimum investment.
