Rockies Venture Club (RVC) is committed to diversity in both its investment portfolio and its investing community. To date, RVC’s portfolio consists of over 50% women-led businesses, besting the national average by almost 300%! Despite this success in diversity in portfolio, RVC sees only 12% of its investment from women investors. To increase diversity in our investing community, we have established the Women’s Investor Network, led by entrepreneur leader Barbara T. Bauer. The purpose of WIN is to engage women with an engaged community, new programs, educational content, and a special Women Investor Luncheon planned for the second day of the Angel Capital Summit in March.
