  RVC Angel Investor Forum

  Hybrid Event: In-person or Join Via Zoom (details emailed upon registration) 

  RVC Investor Forums bring together accredited angel investors interested in fast-growing, early-stage companies in Colorado. These forums serve to pool the wisdom, expertise, and capital of many individual angels.
  

  At this forum, investor members will hear pitches from two founders. 

  After pitches, Q&A with the founders, the founders are excused and investors discuss the merits and risks of each venture. There is no requirement to invest and each investor has an opportunity to indicate interest in following or leading a specific deal.

  The forum also provides an opportunity to review all open RVC investment deals. 

  This forum represents the start of the RVC deal pipeline, and is a great way to learn about companies from the founders themselves. Both new and experienced investor members are welcome at forums -- this is the best way to learn hands-on about angel investing! 

  To attend this event, you must be accredited: Net worth of at least one million US dollars, not including the value of one’s primary residence, or have made at least $200,000 each year for the last two years [or $300,000 together with his or her spouse if married] and have the expectation to make the same amount this year. We do not require a minimum investment.

  Equal Access HyperAccelerator® Demo Day

  RVC's HyperAccelerator® is a unique program with all the content, mentors and workshops of a 12 week accelerator packed into six action filled days. RVC HyperAccelerator® graduates work hands-on with investors, Fractions CFOs, and various mentors to hone their financial and business strategies in order to have a deep and coherent set of strategies that make their pitch solid and just the tip of the iceberg with all the crucial steps for Venture Capital readiness in place.

  Equal Access is a program funded by the Economic Development Administration that supports underserved startup founders. 

  Angel Investors and VCs will have a chance to see pitches from venture capital ready companies and to meet after the pitches and discuss the opportunities with other investors. 

  This Demo Day is free and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC with in-person and virtual attendance options!
