The theme of this year's conference is "Successful Colorado Exits" Our state has seen an increase in exits, whether they be through IPO, Mergers or Acquisitions.
RVC celebrates successful exits in which investors and founders are able to "cash out", often while staying on to continue to grow their companies.
This event is open to the public, RVC Members and accredited investors. Membership or investor status is not required to register.
Keynote by Congressman Jared Polis
The Gala will feature a keynote address by Congressman Jared Polis, a two-time successful entrepreneurial exit success story, first with BlueMountainArts.com for $780 million and then ProFlowers for $480 million. Join us on Nov 6th for our Entrepreneurship Awards Ceremony and to mingle and preview the companies that will be pitching on Thursday. The 12 pitching companies will be stationed at tables so investors can meet with them before their pitch.

The full-day conference includes panels comprised of the successful teams that led companies to their exits including the IPO from Rally Software earlier this year and John Spiers story of entrepreneurial lightning striking twice, first with his sale of LeftHand Networks to HP and this year's sale of Nexgen to Fusion-io this year for $119 million. We will be featuring Kevin Reddy, CEO of Noodles & Company who had a successful IPO as well as Steve Georgis, CEO of LineRate, recently acquired by F5 Networks. Our Luncheon Keynote will feature Joe Zell, General Partner at Grotech Ventures, one of Colorado's active VC firms. We have had lots of great activity this year and we will have the companies here in person to tell how they did it.

The investor forum follows our RVC events and this the place where the rubber hits the road. Open to all Accredited Investors, the investor forum is a place for investors to collaborate on deals and to negotiate and syndicate as a group in order to get more Colorado companies funded. This event is free to accredited investors, regardless of whether you made it to the conference or not!
