ReCraft Beer is seeking $2.5M to take their established technology to market to demonstrate product improvement, efficiencies, and cost savings for their clients. Currently, ReCraft Beer is piloting its technology through a strategic partnership with Brooklyn Brewing, who has committed $500k to this round of financing.

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company executive leadership team in order to get crucial questions answered.  The Deep Dive will take place virtually and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:
