RVC Investor Update & Deep Dive with Pomp

Pomp is the platform used by estheticians to connect with clients to consult and recommend at-home skincare routines. Pomp monetizes per transaction every time a customer orders skincare with a 50% gross margin. Pomp works with skincare brands that drop ship to the customer, eliminating overhead costs of carrying inventory or formulating our own product. Launching esthetician SaaS model to collect monthly fees from estheticians to use the platform. The global beauty industry is a $560B industry that is growing each year and skincare is the fastest-growing segment.

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company CEO and leadership to provide an update since initial investment and to get crucial questions answered. The Deep Dive will take place virtually and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:

To attend, you must be an accredited investor (net worth of at least one million US dollars, not including the value of one’s primary residence, or have made at least $200,000 each year for the last two years [or $300,000 together with his or her spouse if married] and have the expectation to make the same amount this year).
