RVC Investor Deep Dive with Mars Materials

Mars sequesters captured-CO2 into everyday products. We’re commercializing nitrilation, NREL-developed carbontech that enables us to produce drop-in replacement acrylonitrile (“ACN”), using captured-CO2 and renewable inputs, for 33% cheaper than the current industrial process. At full capacity, our units are 57% cheaper to build, 31% less. carbon intensive, and do not produce toxic by-products. Each unit will consume 42 Kt/yr of captured-CO2.

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company CEO and leadership in order to get crucial questions answered. The Deep Dive will take place virtually and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:

Company Long-Form Pitch & Q&A w/ Investors (60 Minutes)

Optional - Investor Only Discussion (30 Minutes)
