Rockies Venture Club is excited to be the Esprit Venture Challenge Partner for this year's Esprit Entrepreneur event, hosted by the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. We have been long-time members of the Boulder Chamber and want to do all we can to support entrepreneurship in the Boulder Valley.
We would like to invite YOU to be a part of this by participating in a special forum to review the three finalists of this event for angel capital investment. The winner of the competition will have already won $10,000 and an RVC Premium Entrepreneur membership, and now we'll consider them for angel investment!
Here is the TIMELINE:
The Esprit Entrepreneur event is November 12 starting at 5:30PM. You can attend by Zoom. RVC has a limited number of FREE passes to the event, and it is also free for Boulder Chamber members. Just let us know if you would like one of the free passes and we will distribute them on a first come first served basis.
Next, on November 18th, we'll hold this follow-up forum to review the companies. We will play a short video for those of you who may have missed the pitches first time around, or who would like a refresher. Note: you can also review the pitches HERE. We will then discuss the pros and cons and will provide advice to the companies. In the case of investor interest, RVC will assist in putting together the deal terms with the founders.

This event is open only to accredited investors and membership in Rockies Venture Club is NOT required to attend. Each investor makes their own decisions about which companies and how much to invest and there is never a requirement to participate in any investment. We are here to support entrepreneurs, make great investments, share insights and ideas with each other, and have fun while doing so.
About the Boulder Chamber Esprit Entrepreneur Event Description:
This is the 36th annual Esprit Entrepreneur event, celebrating Boulder's entrepreneurial spirit. The event showcases the next generation of risk-taking entrepreneurs that the unique Boulder ecosystem fosters. This year's event will feature a keynote presentation by Rule4, a local cybersecurity firm and the Boulder Chamber's 2020 Startup of the Year. We will also hold the finals for the Esprit Venture Challenge, a live-pitch competition where startups compete for their chance at $10,000. Viewers will choose the grand prize winner through a round of live voting during the event.
