Investor Deep Dive with Starfire Energy

This event will take place virtually via Zoom Conference

Starfire Energy has developed a proprietary system that is capable of working with variable power like wind and solar to make green ammonia. The company is creating modular rapid ramp NH3 systems to make clean ammonia an achievable product for energy producers. Starfire’s Rapid Ramp NH3 system is able to provide flexibility that systems incorporating Haber-Bosch are unable to accomplish. The system is also able to operate independently, without being connected to a grid.

The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company CEO and leadership in order to get crucial questions answered. The Deep Dive will take place virtually and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:

Company Long-Form Pitch & Q&A w/ Investors (1 hour)

Company Product Overview/Demo (20 minutes)

Outstanding Questions w/ Company (10 minutes)
Optional Investor Only Discussion (30 minutes)
