RVC Due Diligence Report Review for SpineAlign

During this virtual meeting, we will review the Due Diligence materials for SpineAlign, discussing the RVC due diligence findings. The session will start with an overview & update from the company CEO. We will then analyze each of the key due diligence areas for the clarity of risk identification and mitigation, completeness and accuracy.

This review will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc. The agenda for this Diligence Review is as follows:
