When Rockies Venture Club first implemented its Hyperaccelerator program we found that a large amount of synergy can be found when working on multiple aspects of your company at the same time. That is why we now have created these class clusters that combine some of the most popular classes in RVC's curriculum. 

During this cluster we will be focusing on long-term strategy for startup companies. We will initially start out with strategic planning where you will work on defining your mission, vision, and values that will start your company on a strong foundation. Next, we will move into the exit strategy workshop where you will learn about building value not just for your first customer, but for the second customer that is likely to acquire your company and return capital to investors. Finally we will wrap up with go-to-market strategy, often the area of largest risk for early stage companies.
