RVC created the OEDIT HyperAccelerator Program in partnership with the office's AI Grant Initiative in order to better enable the grant awardees to raise the matching funds necessary to receive their full grant allocation. This program will pack most of the 6 day HyperAccelerator program into three short days.

The HyperAccelerator program has been called "the Thirteenth Week" - meaning that it contains all the venture capital readiness work that most accelerators don't cover.  We've specially designed this OEDIT HyperAccelerator program to give hands-on and mentor-driven experience with key elements of raising funds from sophisticated angel and venture capital investors.  

You'll graduate from this program with five different valuation methods that you can use to negotiate your deal.  You'll have a completed Term Sheet for investors, so you're ready to begin conversations right away.  You'll also have a detailed and strategically rich exit strategy that will help you to maximize value to both founders and funders of your company.  We cover other crucial topics such as how to succeed at Due Diligence, finance strategy, and more.

If you're raising money for your OEDIT AI Grant match, or if you're raising a Series A round, this program has valuable content that you can't get anywhere else.

This program is for the 10 companies that received a grant from the AI program in November 2017.
