P2Binvestor (P2Bi) is a crowdlending platform that allows businesses access to capital via asset-backed lines of credit (invoices, receivables, and other contractual future revenue). Loans are funded by accredited and institutional investors on P2Bi's platform, and they've provided more than $110M in funding to borrowers since their launch.

P2Bi raised their first round of angel funding through RVC in the summer of 2013. RVC syndicated with other investors on that seed round to raise $1.2M.   They are in the middle of a new $3M raise, and RVC will be leading the round. We are working on a due diligence report now that should be available to follower investors soon. P2Bi will be joining RVC to present to the Lubbock Angel Network in Texas this week in a syndication effort.
