A patient spends less than 2% of their stay with their doctor. The other 98% is spent interacting with nurses, staff, administrators. Most hospitals leaders have no visibility to the issues that arise during the patient stay. We provide a mobile, real-time issue capture system that scales across departments, hospitals and systems. In addition, the financial incentives via the ACA for high-performers has accelerated adoption of our product.

Fluonic is a medical digital health care flow monitoring and control company with a primary focus on infusion applications. Fluonic has a new generation of infusion devices information systems that will improve patients' compliance and safety while reducing costs. The company is deploying its proprietary disposable flow sensor to make the first-in-kind infusion system capable of monitoring the infusion rate that the patient actually receives.

Infusion is used in > 90% of hospital treatments, with>$10B sales per year. Yet infusion systems suffer from an alarming limitation: they are unable to determine the drug flowing through them, flow they create or that flow is entering the patient. This limitation causes > 7,000 deaths and > 1.5M adverse events/year costing hospitals > $4B annually. Fluonic solves this problem and transmits this information wirelessly to health care providers.
