CirrusMD markets a secure HIPAA-compliant communications platform (texting first with image transfer and video-chat) with world-class UX/UI. It allows patients and doctors throughout a healthcare system to communicate remotely and seamlessly via mobile devices and desktop browsers. Doctors have been using it to treat patients since 12/13. It has the ability today to serve millions of users simultaneously to meet the needs of large healthcare systems.
60% - 80% of in-person clinical visits can be replaced via telehealth, addressing problems for all major stakeholders including: providers: over-extension of doctors’ time & physical facilities; declining reimbursement. Insurers: shrinking margins; competition from health systems. Employers: skyrocketing premiums; medical absenteeism. Patients: lack of access to doctors; unsustainable healthcare spend (out-of-pocket & insurance premiums).
CirrusMD's platform is a horizontal, mobile solution for health systems to communicate with their patients, applicable to a wide variety of uses cases: primary care, ER avoidance, chronic disease management and others. Telehealth is projected to grow by $29B to $43B by 2019.
As a B2B-focused firm, CirrusMD relies primarily on direct sales. Their senior management has first-hand knowledge of pain points faced by large health systems and significant experience selling to and partnering with large enterprises.

The RVC Denver Angel Investor Forum is a group of accredited investors who are interested in learning about private equity investing in Colorado.
Newcomers are welcome regardless of whether they are experienced Angels or if they are just curious. There is no requirement to invest and each investor makes personal decisions on each deal.
The forum helps to make Angel Investing fun and more efficient by pooling the wisdom, efforts and funding of many individuals and syndicating on investments. By sharing in due diligence and negotiation we are able to fund many more deals than if we pursued them as individuals.
