    Financial Class Cluster:

A combination of RVC's Valuation, Proformas, and Financial Strategy Workshops
    For both investors and entrepreneurs

by Thought Leader: Peter Adams, MBA,

When Rockies Venture Club first implemented its Hyperaccelerator program we found that a large amount of synergy can be found when working on multiple aspects of your company at the same time. That is why we now have created these class clusters that combine some of the most popular classes in RVC's curriculum.

During this cluster we will be focusing on financial strategy for startup companies. It will start with how to craft a proforma that is grounded in realistic assumptions and is believable for potential investors. Next, we will move into valuations for early-stage companies where you will have the chance to work hands-on with 5 different valuation methodologies. Finally we will wrap everything together with the Financial Strategy class that drill down into your full financial strategy, dilutions, and future venture rounds.

This will be a class that you don't want to miss!

Buy 2 get 1 free special! Each of these classes usually costs $149 per class. Now you get to take 3 classes for the price of 2!

    The Final Steps Class Cluster:

A combination of RVC's Due Diligence & Term Sheets Classes
    For both investors and entrepreneurs

by Thought Leader: Peter Adams, MBA,

Due Diligence and Term Sheets are closely tied together, so we've bundled these two classes together to provide more value and context to investors and entrepreneurs who are looking to learn more about the final steps in the investment process. That is why we now have created these class clusters that combine some of the most popular classes in RVC's curriculum.

Due Diligence and term sheets are two of the most important parts of the investing process for both investors and entrepreneurs, and they are also some of the most misunderstood aspects as well. We will be moving well beyond just the due diligence checklist and will talk about strategies for making the process transparent and effective for everyone. it is essential for entrepreneurs to understand an investor's motivations and prepare appropriately so that they maintain momentum in the fundraising process. It is also important for investors to have a significantly better chance of seeing 10x returns. After due diligence we will move into Term Sheets, understanding the key terms, how to avoid dilution on both sides of the table, as well as key points of negotiation.

This will be a class that you don't want to miss!
