SalutarisMD pitched at March's Angel Capital Summit and achieved enough investor interest to move forward in RVC's process. The purpose of this meeting is to meet face-to-face with the company CEO and leadership in order to get crucial questions answered. The deep dive will take place in Boulder and will cover all the major due diligence questions such as IP, competition, leadership, funding strategy, exit strategy, use of funds, milestones, etc.

This deep dive will be moderated by lead investor Jim Kasic as Peter Adams and Dave Harris will be in Philadelphia for the annual Angel Capital Association meeting. Please confirm if you will be attending the Deep Dive so we can plan accordingly.

The format for the Deep Dive will be as follows:

Long Form Company Pitch and

Q&A w/ Investors (1 hour, 20 minutes)

Private Investor Discussion (15 minutes)
